Maggie: Men can only think of one thing. The joystick. Is it big enough, and where can they put it?

Log line: Maggie discovers the late Rick was unfaithful and proceeds to distrust all men; Maurice's tax indiscretion could destroy his relationship with Officer Semanski; while Joel is toted off to the woods to play marriage counselor to wildman-chef extraordinaire Adam and his hypochrondiacal wife, Eve.
Synopsis:

At the unveiling of Rick's memorial statue, Maggie meets a woman she never knew existed --Rick's other lover. Maggie goes on an anti-men campaign, and gets herself incredibly drunk. Ruth-Anne (Peg Phillips) nurses her back from her hangover and teaches her a valuable lesson about men. Maggie eventually comes to terms with Rick's infidelity and suddenly the angst-ridden Joel starts to look much better.

Adam pays a midnight call on Joel, insisting Fleischman return with him to his cabin to examine his wife Eve (guest star Valerie Mahaffey), a hypochondriac of epic proportions. Irate with his wife's litany of pseudo-symptoms, Adam storms off, leaving Joel behind in the cabin. But Eve has other plans for the good doctor -- she intends to keep Joel shackled to the cabin wall so she can have a twenty-four-hour on-call physician. Adam returns, but only to collect his things. Suddenly, Joel is forced to become a marriage mediator, as his only way of escape is to get this odd couple back together.

Maurice gives state trooper Barbara Semanski engraved twin Browning handguns as a token of his undying love. But when she discovers that Maurice may have cheated on his income tax, Semanski, a staunch protector of justice, refuses to have anything to do with him.
